Give yourself a day to deep dive into self-discovery and transformation through your heart and art.
Using your creativity and transformative art therapy techniques, you will take a journey to open, heal and grow in self awareness and awaken your inner wisdom.
Through creative expressions of your heart, you will intuitively paint, draw, scribble, collage etc to releases old patterns, mend old wounds, discover, explore and action dreams and heart-felt desires.
The feeling of self awareness, empowerment, inspiration and action are all part of your discovery of lightness, joy and experiencing the love in your heart.
